These terms cover how your Reflect XR account, subscription, and billing work. They apply whenever you use the Reflect Mobile app or the Reflect account area on the web.
Reflect Mobile (Free, Basic, and Premium tiers) and Reflect XR Home (a single VR plan for your own headset) are two separate products. You can hold a subscription to one, both, or neither, entirely independently - subscribing to or cancelling one never affects the other.
A free trial gives you full access to the Basic tier for a limited number of days. If you started your trial through checkout, a payment method is collected upfront but you are not charged until the trial ends - at that point it automatically continues as a paid Basic subscription unless you cancel first. We'll email you and show an in-app reminder before your trial ends.
When you subscribe, you choose to pay monthly or annually - this only changes how you pay, not what you're committing to. Every subscription is a 12-month commitment: annual billing charges that commitment upfront at a discount; monthly billing spreads the same commitment across 12 monthly charges. Choosing monthly does not let you leave before the 12 months are up without still owing the remaining installments (see Cancelling, below).
Upgrading to a higher-priced plan takes effect immediately - the unused value remaining in your current billing period is credited against the new plan's price, and you're charged only the difference. Your new plan's credits are available right away, and a fresh 12-month commitment starts from that day.
Downgrading to a lower-priced plan is deferred - you keep your current plan, its price, and its credits until your current 12-month commitment ends, and only then does the switch actually take effect.
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of AI generation credits. Unused plan credits do not carry over into the next billing period. You can also buy additional one-time credit packs on top of your plan - purchased credits never expire, and are only drawn on after your plan's monthly allowance for the period is used up.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling does not cut off access immediately - you keep your plan and its credits through the end of your current commitment or paid period, whichever applies, and you can undo a pending cancellation any time before then.
If you're on monthly billing and still within your first 12 months, cancelling stops the subscription from renewing after that commitment ends, but you remain responsible for the remaining monthly installments of that commitment - it does not stop those charges early. If you're on annual billing, you've already paid for the full year - cancelling means no further charge and no refund for the unused portion, but you keep access through the end of the year you paid for.
One-time credit pack purchases may be refunded at our discretion. Subscription charges are otherwise non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law.
If you use Reflect through a facility - a hospital, clinic, or practice with its own license - that access is managed by your facility's administrator and by PTI, and can be ended by either at any time. You may also hold a personal subscription of your own alongside facility access as a backup; while both are active, facility-provided credits are used first.
You can export a copy of your data or request permanent account deletion at any time from your account's Privacy & Data settings. Deletion requests are processed after a 30-day grace period, which you can cancel at any point before it completes.
We may update these terms as Reflect XR's features change. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
